We are a manufacturing company producing bottled water product (Packaged drinking water) for the mass market. We use distributor channel to reach out to the end consumer.

Our products have shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacturing. If a distributor receives damaged products we encourage them to report it back to our sales team. Once they are validated damaged products would be returned and replaced in the next delivery.

We collect personal information, including your mobile phone number and messaging history, when you opt-in to communicate with us via WhatsApp.

Your data is used to provide customer support, send transactional updates (such as order confirmations or alerts), and, where consented, send marketing communications via the WhatsApp Business API.
